Remote Support Tool

For training sessions we use a number of handy web-based tools including Join.Me, Goto Meeting, Teamviewer and GotoAssist.

You may be asked to download and run the following file if such a training session has been organised.  This tool creates a temporary session including a randomly generated ID and password that we use to connect and share your screen.


  1. Download the following file in your browser and run it:

  2. After running the file  small app will open with our logo at the top and the title "Activ8 Quick Support" like the image below

  3. Make a note of the Your ID and Password as highlighted in the example above, and email this to the person at Activ8 assisting you :)
