Host Employer Portal
Pathways’ Brilliant Futures platform includes a Host Employer Portal to complete the loop and match the coordinator, school, RTO and registration portals.
Via the Host Employer Portal, industry partners can:
Maintain relationships with multiple schools or organisations via a single login to allow the building of multiple relationships in their community
View upcoming placement details from linked schools
Add questions and comments about placements that are logged and forward to the school placement officer or coordinator
Print out key paperwork or documentation attached to the placement
Publish placement opportunities to one or more schools if the host has a specific idea of when they would like to offer workplace experiences
Indicate pre-requisites or requirements for students to participate in workplace learning at their workplace
Upload files and documents covering onboarding and inductions for students attending the work site
Outline skills that can be learned at the host employer’s workplace
