Placements

Let Pathways simplify the relationship between host, student, parent/guardian and school.

Groups

Coordinate multiple placements as part of a group to allow for bulk actions. Groups are used by all our Pathways customers to make managing placements easy. Example groups we often see:

• 2023 - Year 10 Work Experience - Term 1

• 2023 - Year 12 Structured Work Placement - Term 3

• 2023 - Year 11 Construction Kids

• etc

Groups save time:

• One-click bulk mail merging of placements documents including letters, feedback forms, state agreements

• Bulk emailing to Hosts linked to the Group - for example notifications on Placement Day 1, Feedback Reminders etc.

• Link Host Opportunities before you have assigned a student

• Link Students before they have been placed

• Activity Log so you know what actions you have performed for the group

• Ability to “tag” Groups so if you have many cohorts to coordinated during the year you can filter them by your own custom tags

• Bulk actions for placements linked to the group such as status updates, value changes, assigning a visiting teacher, applying tags etc.

Paperwork

Pathways includes the most flexible, easy to use and understand document and mail merging system you will ever use. You can have a new template set up in about 30 seconds, and we use vanilla Microsoft Word files for everything.

Generating the mail merges is a few clicks away from any placement, student, host or class. Some common examples include:
